The Bullpadel Vertex 05 Hybrid is best suited for pro-level allrounders and attacking players who value precise placement and control over brute strength. In contrast, the Head Speed Pro 2025 targets advanced attackers who want higher power to dominate from the transition zone and at the net. In our assessment, the Vertex 05 Hybrid delivers a control-heavy experience, while the Speed Pro 2025 uses its high balance and soft core to maximize offensive output.

Which one has more power?
When evaluating offensive capability, the Head Speed Pro 2025 takes a clear lead. In our assessment, we rate the Speed Pro 2025 at 4 out of 5 on the power versus control scale, where 1 represents pure control and 5 represents pure power. This power orientation is supported by its high balance as stated by the manufacturer, along with its soft Power Foam core. The top-heavy distribution provides natural leverage when finishing points with aggressive smashes or driving heavy viboras.
The Bullpadel Vertex 05 Hybrid receives a 2 out of 5 power versus control rating in our assessment. Built with a dual core and a Carbon 12K frame, its technical structure is calibrated more toward directional control and precision. While attacking players can still generate pace with strong technique, the frame does not rely on heavy head weight or excess rebound to push the ball deep.
Which is easier to play and manage on court?
Maneuverability and playability differ notably between these two models due to their core hardness, balance, and structural specifications.
In defensive situations off the glass, the Bullpadel Vertex 05 Hybrid allows for precise touch when absorbing fast incoming shots. In our assessment, we rate its core hardness as medium. Combined with its hybrid shape and weight range of 365–375 g, it helps players place lobs accurately or hit soft chiquitas to reset the point. The manufacturer does not state its balance, but its control-focused profile makes it reliable during rapid defensive rallies.
The Head Speed Pro 2025, weighing 370 g, features a soft core hardness in our assessment and a teardrop shape in our assessment. Because the manufacturer specifies a high balance, players will feel more inertia in the head of the racket. This high balance assists in aggressive net play and blocking fast volleys, though it requires sufficient physical capability to manage over long matches. Both models share a medium sweet spot in our assessment, providing a reasonable margin for error on off-center hits.
Who should buy which?

Head Speed Pro 2025 is best for:
- Advanced attacking players seeking an offensive racket to hit decisive smashes and deep bandejas.
- Players who prefer a high balance setup to maximize head speed during overhead strokes.
- Attackers who like the feel of a soft Power Foam core paired with a Hybrid Woven face.
- Aggressive left-side players focused on taking control at the net.
