Which one has more power?
When evaluating raw offensive capability, both rackets deliver high output. In our assessment, both models earn a 5 out of 5 on our power versus control scale, classifying them as pure power rackets. Each features a diamond shape, high balance, 38 mm profile thickness, and a medium core hardness in our assessment.
The key distinction lies in physical mass and weight distribution. The Bullpadel Pearl 2027 features a 355–365 g weight range combined with a high 26 cm balance point. The Bullpadel Vertex 02 Atletico Madrid comes in at a heavier 365–375 g range, although its specific balance in centimeters is not stated. Players who rely on structural weight to generate force on smashes and offensive viboras will find the additional mass of the Vertex 02 Atletico Madrid beneficial. However, both frames provide maximum power potential for attacking play at the net.
Which is easier to play?
Neither of these rackets is built for easy forgiving play or defensive comfort. The manufacturer targets both models exclusively at professional-level players. Furthermore, in our assessment, both frames feature a small sweet spot alongside a high balance and medium core hardness.
Despite these similarities, the Bullpadel Pearl 2027 is slightly easier to handle due to its lower weight bracket (355–365 g). In defensive situations behind the glass or during rapid volley exchanges at the net, a lighter frame can help reduce arm fatigue and speed up execution. The Vertex 02 Atletico Madrid carries 10 grams of additional static weight (365–375 g), which demands stronger physical conditioning and technique when defending off the glass or attempting fast reactions.
Who should buy which?
Bullpadel Pearl 2027 is best for:
- Professional-level attacking players seeking top-tier power without carrying extra static weight.
- Left-side or right-side offensive players who prefer a high balance (26 cm) and a diamond head shape.
- Players comfortable with a small sweet spot (in our assessment) who want a slightly faster maneuvered 355–365 g frame.
Bullpadel Vertex 02 Atletico Madrid is best for:
- Pro attackers who prefer heavier frames (365–375 g) to drive maximum momentum into smashes and aggressive bandejas.
- Players looking for a diamond-shaped high-balance frame built purely for offensive strategies.
- Advanced offensive specialists who can consistently hit a small sweet spot (in our assessment).
