Which one has more power?
In our assessment, the Oxdog Ultimate Pro 2025 offers maximum power output, receiving a score of 5 on our 1-to-5 power-versus-control scale. The manufacturer equips this racket with a Medium+ core in a diamond frame, making it an ideal tool for finishing points with heavy smashes and sharp viboras.
The Bullpadel Neuron 02 Edge follows closely behind with a power rating of 4 in our assessment. Official manufacturer specifications state that it features a diamond shape, a high balance of 26 cm, a 38 mm thickness, and a weight of 365–375 g. This head-heavy design generates strong leverage for overhead attacks, though in our assessment its medium core hardness gives it slightly more balanced output than the Oxdog.
Which is easier to play?
Neither frame is built for easy defensive play or high forgiveness. In our assessment, both the Bullpadel Neuron 02 Edge and the Oxdog Ultimate Pro 2025 feature a small sweet spot, meaning off-center hits during low bandejas or wall bounces require sound technique to avoid losing ball depth.
From an official perspective, the manufacturer targets the Oxdog Ultimate Pro 2025 at advanced players, whereas the Bullpadel Neuron 02 Edge is rated strictly for pro-level competitors. With a potential weight of up to 375 g paired with a 26 cm high balance, the Bullpadel may feel more demanding on the arm during fast-paced exchanges. The Oxdog has a specified weight of 365 g, though its exact balance measurement is not stated by the manufacturer.
How do they perform at the net vs back of the court?
Both models are optimized for net play. Thanks to their diamond head shape and attacker profile (in our assessment), players will find plenty of response when striking aggressive volleys, overhead smashes, and fast offensive bandejas.
When forced into defending off the glass at the back of the court, both rackets require careful precision. Because we rate both sweet spots as small, defensive lobs and quiet drop shots must be hit cleanly. The Bullpadel's 26 cm high balance helps push the ball deep when struck well, while the Oxdog relies on its Medium+ core to carry defensive shots past the transition zone.
Who should buy which?
Bullpadel Neuron 02 Edge is best for:
- Professional-level attacking players needing a high-balance diamond racket.
- Left-side players looking for strong leverage on overheads with a 26 cm balance.
- Attackers who want high power (we rate it 4 out of 5) paired with a medium core hardness in our assessment.
Oxdog Ultimate Pro 2025 is best for:
- Advanced offensive players looking for maximum finishing power.
- Players seeking a diamond-shaped frame with a lighter fixed weight of 365 g.
- Attackers who want pure power (we rate it 5 out of 5) combined with a Medium+ manufacturer core.
